yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 99e3bcbc6d Feat: Per-client TLS transport toggle (TLS column + remote enable/disable)
Add a per-client TLS transport toggle controlled from the server, using the
presence of the client's trust-anchor certificate in the registry as the
single source of truth (no separate tls_enable flag).

- Client reports its TLS status via a new RES_TLS token (cert present -> 1)
  appended to LOGIN_INFOR's reserved field.
- Server online list gains a "TLS" column after the permission column.
- The "experimental features" right-click menu gains "TLS传输" / "取消TLS"
with confirmation and a guard that prompts (instead of sending) when the
server has no TLS certificate ready.
- New COMMAND_TLS_ENABLE / COMMAND_TLS_DISABLE (166/167): the server pushes
its cert PEM into the client registry settings\tls_cert (enable) or deletes
it (disable). The client picks this up on next startup via the existing
ReadTrustAnchor logic, so the switch is non-live by design.
- Icons and en_US/zh_TW/de_DE translations for the new menu items.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 77b688c981 Feat: Fold hostname into client ID and log clone-ID collisions
Cloned miniPC images share the same MachineGuid, so their client_id
collides and only one host appears in the list. Fold the hostname into
the V2 client-ID hash so hosts with distinct names no longer collide.
Already-persisted client IDs are unchanged: they recompute only after
the settings/client_id registry value is cleared.

Server side, when a login reuses an existing client_id but the hostname,
IP, or username differs, emit a WARN diagnostic before assigning the
connection to the standby list. Observation-only, no behavior change.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 96b9eea70a Feat: One-way TLS transport for the MFC server
Add optional one-way TLS to the MFC server (server/2015Remote) so the device
port can serve both TLS clients and legacy plaintext clients on the same port,
mirroring the Go server.

Server: on a connection's first bytes, sniff for a TLS ClientHello (0x16 0x03
+ handshake type 0x01). When [tls] Enabled=1 and the identity loads, hand the
socket to a short-lived blocking handshake thread (Option A) running Schannel
AcceptSecurityContext, then decrypt on recv and encrypt on send; plaintext
connections replay the sniffed bytes straight into the existing parse path, so
the plaintext code path is otherwise unchanged. The identity is loaded once
from [tls] CertPath/KeyPath as PEM + CNG (PKCS#8) — the same key pair the Go
server uses — and a missing [tls] section, an empty value, or a load failure
leaves plaintext serving intact and fail-closes any TLS ClientHello.

Also fix two transport-reliability bugs that surfaced end-to-end:
- send path: encrypt only the freshly appended plaintext tail and post a
single IOWrite wake-up guarded by a bSendPending flag, so back-to-back small
sends (terminal resize -> COMMAND_NEXT -> resize) no longer run concurrent
WSASends over the same mutable buffer (client saw DecryptMessage failures,
  with WSAGetLastError() = 6001 / ERROR_DECRYPTION_FAILED);
- client Recv: keep the handshake's unconsumed tail bytes in m_raw and drain
them before the next recv, and log the real SECURITY_STATUS on
DecryptMessage failure instead of the stale Winsock error.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro ca0d7626d2 Feat: One-way TLS transport for the device port
Add optional one-way TLS on the device port (6543), enabled per client via a
pinned trust anchor, so new clients encrypt their transport while legacy
plaintext clients keep working unchanged.

Server (server/go): sniff each accepted connection and wrap TLS peers
(ClientHello 0x16 0x03 + handshake type 0x01) in crypto/tls with MinVersion
TLS 1.2; everything else stays on the plaintext path. TLS is enabled only when
both YAMA_TLS_CERT and YAMA_TLS_KEY are set, and a cert/key load failure fails
startup loudly rather than silently serving plaintext.

Client (client/, Windows): Schannel one-way TLS. When the trust anchor is
present — registry value Software\<exehash>\settings\tls_cert (REG_SZ holding
the PEM), with fallback to settings.ini [settings] tls_cert or yama-ca.pem
beside the exe — every outbound connection (main + sub-connections) completes
a TLS 1.2 handshake before the app protocol and is strictly pinned to that
anchor via a chain engine with hExclusiveRoot; any handshake/cert failure is
fail-closed (no plaintext downgrade). Send uses EncryptMessage; Recv uses
DecryptMessage and reads plaintext from the stream-mode DATA segment (bufs[1])
rather than the record header.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 8d4c118ae6 Fix: Skip video capture when camera fails to open
CCaptureVideo::Open now returns S_FALSE when BindVideoFilter cannot bind a capture device, instead of S_OK. CVideoManager records the result in m_bVideoOpened and exits WorkThread before SendBitMapInfor, so a host without a webcam no longer sends a 0x0 BITMAPINFO to the controller.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro ca6f76565c Change: Hide client chat dialog on close instead of terminating
Closing the client-side chat dialog (via the "end chat" button or the title-bar
X) now only hides the window and keeps the session alive, instead of destroying
it. Closing the chat stays server-initiated: the next message from the server
reopens the hidden dialog via the existing SW_RESTORE path in OnReceive, and the
dialog is only truly destroyed on COMMAND_CHAT_CLOSE or connection close.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro d15cd77a28 Fix: Decode geographic location as UTF-8 across client and server
Geographic location (city, country) from the geo APIs is UTF-8, but the client
and several server paths converted or stored it in the system ANSI code page,
turning umlauts ("ö"/"ä") into "?" or GBK mojibake ("B枚blingen"). Keep the
value UTF-8 end to end: the client caches it as UTF-8 and re-queries once after
an upgrade (keyed by __DATE__, the app's version convention), while the server
stores and displays it as UTF-8 in the online list, the activity log, the
client-info export, JSON/email payloads and search.

Also add a confirmation prompt before opening a remote chat from the toolbar,
with German, English and Traditional-Chinese translations.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro c7f7b7b29b Fix: Expand env vars in V2 file receive path
V2 upload to a remote directory picked via the quick-icon shortcuts
(Desktop / Downloads / Home) landed files in a literal "%USERPROFILE%"
folder instead of the real profile. The shortcuts set m_Remote_Path to an
unexpanded "%USERPROFILE%\..." template (FileManagerDlg.cpp
OnRemoteDesktop/Downloads/Home), and the V2 receive path handed that
filename straight to RecvFileChunkV2 (prebuilt FileUpload lib), which writes
it verbatim. V1 upload already expanded env vars in COMMAND_FILE_SIZE
(client/FileManager.cpp ExpandPath), so this is a V2-only regression.

Expand the filename's environment variables in CKernelManager::OnReceive's
COMMAND_SEND_FILE_V2 branch before RecvFileChunkV2, rebuilding the packet
only when the expanded length differs; other packet types pass through
unchanged.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 59fead7b5f Fix: Deliver file-transfer speed via MasterSettings (was CMD_FILE_SPEED)
The file-transfer speed dialog previously sent a separate CMD_FILE_SPEED
(5 bytes) back-to-back before COMMAND_SCREEN_SPY / COMMAND_LIST_DRIVE when
opening remote desktop or file manager. The IOCP send path batches two
consecutive Send2Client calls into one WSASend of the accumulated
OutCompressedBuffer, so the client received the [FILE_SPEED][SCREEN_SPY]
command stream twice - the root cause of two remote-desktop dialogs popping
up on a single click (introduced in commit 76decec).

Fold the two values into MasterSettings (TransferChunkKb / TransferDurationMs,
uint16 each, before Reserved, sizeof unchanged at 1000) so they reach every
client on login and are broadcast to online clients when the dialog saves.
The client persists them into [transfer] on CMD_MASTERSETTING, guarded by
TransferChunkKb != 0 so older masters keep local defaults. CMD_FILE_SPEED(252)
and its client handler remain for backward compatibility, but the master no
longer sends it.

Update the design doc, the three GBK lang files' prompt entry, and the READMEs.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro d269df9171 Feature: Migrate SimplePlugins drawing board (远程画板迁移)
Migrate the SimplePlugins remote drawing-board overlay into the YAMA client
as an "实验功能" right-click submenu entry. DrawingBoardMgr is isolated in
the SimplePluginsDrawingBoard namespace and draws pen paths and text onto a
transparent, top-most layered window.

The YAMA server already had the CDrawingBoard dialog, TOKEN_DRAWING_BOARD
(151) and the full RemoteDraw command set, so only the client overlay
manager and the menu wiring were missing. Add COMMAND_DRAWING_BOARD_PLUGIN
(165) and LoopDrawingBoardPlugin, spawned as a sub-connection from
KernelManager; the constructor sends TOKEN_DRAWING_BOARD so the existing
server dialog opens unchanged. Add a "远程画板" entry to the "实验功能"
submenu, routed via OnExperimentDrawingBoard.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 2fb6252285 Feature: Migrate SimplePlugins privacy screen (隐私屏幕迁移)
Migrate the SimplePlugins privacy-screen (virtual desktop) feature into the
YAMA client as an "实验功能" right-click submenu entry. The capture layer is
rewritten rather than copied: CScreenHideSpy now subclasses YAMA's ::CScreenSpy
(vDesk=TRUE) so capture and encoding reuse YAMA's encoder pipeline instead of
SimplePlugins' diverged jpeg capture chain; CScreenManagerBase and
CScreenHideManager are migrated under the SimplePluginsScreenHide namespace,
and SimplePlugins-only ALGORITHM_DEFAULT is mapped to ALGORITHM_DIFF.

Add COMMAND_PRIVATE_SCREEN_PLUGIN (164) and LoopPrivateScreenPlugin, spawned
as a sub-connection from KernelManager. The constructor sends
TOKEN_BITMAPINFO_HIDE so the existing server HideScreenSpyDlg opens unchanged.
Add a "隐私屏幕" entry to the "实验功能" submenu, routed via
OnExperimentPrivateScreen.

Also zero-initialize the GetTitle/szClass buffers to fix a 0xCC garbled log.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 2c3e1ca518 Feature: Migrate SimplePlugins file management (文件管理迁移)
Migrate the SimplePlugins file-management feature into the YAMA client as an
experimental feature. The migrated CFileManager, MasterEncoder and Info-Zip
sources live under client/file/ and are isolated in the SimplePluginsFile
namespace to avoid clashing with the native FileManager class.

Add COMMAND_FILE_MANAGER_PLUGIN (163) and LoopFileManagerPlugin, spawned as
a sub-connection from KernelManager. Add an "实验功能" submenu with a
"文件管理" entry above "客户管理" in the online-hosts right-click menu,
routed via OnExperimentFileManager to the existing TOKEN_DRIVE_LIST_PLUGIN
dialog path.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro f72fda9b71 Feature: Machine management (主机管理)
Migrate the MachineManager client from SimplePlugins and wire the server toolbar.

Client:
- Add CMachineManager (process/window/net/software/IE history/favorites/service/task/hosts
enumeration plus process injection via yapi.hpp).
- Add COMMAND_MACHINE_MANAGE (162) and spawn the manager on an authenticated
  sub-connection in KernelManager.
- Register MachineManager.cpp/.h and yapi.hpp in both client projects.

Server:
- Add the 主机管理 toolbar button (index 18, after 远程交谈) reusing the IDI_MACHINE icon,
  plus en/zh_TW/de translations.

Fix:
- Free the IEnumSTATURL strings (su.pwcsUrl/su.pwcsTitle) with CoTaskMemFree, release the
enumerator, and set STATURL.cbSize to stop the IE-history leak reported by VLD.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro c906a46bcc Fix: garbled instant-message popup title on client
The IDD_DIALOG caption was stored as UTF-8 bytes while the .rc file declares #pragma code_page(936) (GBK), so the resource compiler mis-decoded the caption and the client's bottom-right popup showed a garbled title. Convert the caption to GBK to match the declared code page and the rest of the file.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 6c9fef8793 Feature: Two-way remote chat (远程交谈)
Add a "远程交谈" toolbar button (placed after 连接管理) that sends COMMAND_CHAT(161) to the selected host. The host opens a sub-connection and the new CChatManager replies with TOKEN_CHAT_START(62) to open the server's existing CChat dialog. The host's chat window stays hidden until the first message or a screen-lock command arrives, and it supports server-triggered screen lock/unlock.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro bbdb4104bf Feature: TCP/UDP connection management with force-disconnect
Add a connection-management feature to YAMA: a toolbar button (after MCP)
opens a dialog listing the managed host's TCP/UDP connections, with
right-click force-disconnect for IPv4 TCP rows.

Client: a new CConnectionsManager enumerates connections via iphlpapi
(GetExtendedTcpTable/GetExtendedUdpTable, IPv4+IPv6) and answers the
refresh and kill commands over a sub-connection.

Server: a new CConnectionsDlg (DialogBase) shows the list with sortable
columns and a right-click menu; the title-bar icon reuses the toolbar's
connection icon (res/connections.ico).

Fix byte order found during review: iphlpapi returns an IPv4 address as a
network-order DWORD and the port's low 16 bits in network order, so
storing them raw made the dialog show reversed IPv4 addresses and ports.
The client now stores addresses as network-order bytes and ports as host
order (ntohs), and reverses the conversion on disconnect.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 76decec0fe Feature: Add file-transfer speed dialog with multi-language support
Add a novice-friendly "File Transfer Speed" dialog under the Advanced menu
that controls file-transfer speed in both directions without touching
SimplePlugins. Speed is passed through InitFileUpload's existing
chunkSizeKb/sendDurationMs arguments, so the precompiled library stays
untouched. Seven presets run from ~0.3 MB/s up to a new 10 MB/s tier plus an
unlimited tier; the chosen value is stored in [transfer] ChunkKb/DurationMs.

Upload reads THIS_CFG at the master's InitFileUpload (2015RemoteDlg.cpp:2225)
and takes effect on restart. Download is pushed to the client over a new
CMD_FILE_SPEED (252) command, sent from OnOnlineFileManager and
OnOnlineDesktopManager before each session opens, and read by all four client
InitFileUpload call sites via GetTransferSpeed so the process-global refcount
cannot latch a stale speed. All Chinese strings go through LangManager, with
en_US/zh_TW/de_DE entries added for the tier names, format strings and hint
text.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro e9d60e6e23 Feature: Add Shine/HELL protocol selection to share/transfer host
Add a dedicated ShareHostDlg with a "Use Shine protocol" checkbox (default
checked) so the operator can choose Shine (0) or HELL (1) when sharing or
transferring a host. The chosen protocol is appended to the wire payload as a
trailing colon field: "IP:PORT:0/1" for share and "IP:PORT:days:0/1" for
transfer.

The client parses the trailing field from COMMAND_SHARE and
COMMAND_ASSIGN_MASTER, applies it to new connections, and persists it so
auto-share/auto-transfer on restart keeps the same protocol. Old clients
ignore the extra field, and old/missing payloads fall back to -1 (baked-in
HELL), preserving compatibility with existing servers and share_list entries.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 6bcd593b6d Feature: Add upload_file MCP tool (V2 protocol, main-connection upload)
Implement the P2 upload_file tool to push a local file or directory from the
master to an online Windows host over the existing V2 file-transfer protocol.
The server drives FileBatchTransferWorkerV2 synchronously on the main
connection through a headless callback, reuses the list_files chain for the
overwrite pre-check, and is gated by McpFileTransfer=1 plus McpReadonly=0.

The client main connection never initialized the file-transfer module, so
g_status stayed 0 and RecvFileChunkV2 silently dropped every chunk, truncating
uploads to zero bytes. Add a once-per-process lazy InitFileUpload in the
COMMAND_SEND_FILE_V2 handler that mirrors the FileManager init; the destructor
deliberately does not Uninit so g_status remains 1 across reconnects.

Update the design doc to record the client-side change and correct the
upload_file description to state that sha256 is not returned (V2 has no
receiver-to-sender ACK; integrity is checked client-side and logged only).

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro c844ba7614 Fix: Client misparses screen-control batches when record count is a multiple of 7
ProcessCommand chose the MSG record size by testing "ulLength % 28 == 0"
before "% 48 == 0". The two sizes' least common multiple is 336 (7*48 =
12*28), so a 48-byte batch whose record count is a multiple of 7 was
misclassified as 28-byte MSG32 records, shifting every field and garbling
(or silently dropping) injected input.

Check "% 48 == 0" first. The modern controller always emits 48-byte MSG64;
the 28-byte MSG32 path is legacy 32-bit-controller compatibility and is only
reached when 48 does not divide evenly. This is the first feature (MCP
remote_keyboard "type", and the upcoming remote_mouse drag) to emit
multi-record batches, which is what made the latent bug reachable.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 8bd6f3b60a Feature: Add list_registry MCP tool
Add a read-only list_registry MCP tool for querying a remote Windows
host's registry. An empty path returns the five root keys; a path such as
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE plus subkeys returns that key's immediate subkeys and
values (name, type, and formatted data).

Client side: enumerate with KEY_READ instead of KEY_ALL_ACCESS and map the
full value-type set (REG_SZ, REG_DWORD, REG_BINARY, REG_EXPAND_SZ,
REG_MULTI_SZ, REG_QWORD, REG_NONE) so unknown types are no longer
mis-reported as REG_SZ. The registry manager now always sends both the
TOKEN_REG_PATH and TOKEN_REG_KEY packets (an empty packet when a part is
empty), making the two-packet reply deterministic for the server.

Server side: add the three-phase flow (COMMAND_REGEDIT, COMMAND_REG_FIND,
then PATH plus KEY) with per-host pending state, parse the fixed-width
wire format with bounds checks, format value data for JSON, and guard
registry paths against exceeding MAX_PATH to protect the client stack.

yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro 8de5c00a39 Improve: Park duplicate online connections as standby, promote on old removal
Replacing the old connection on a duplicate login made the client
reconnect in a tight loop. Instead, park the new connection in a standby
list keyed by clientID and promote it into the main host list only after
the old connection is removed by heartbeat timeout or disconnect.

Fix heartbeat attribution so a parked standby refreshes its own
last-heartbeat time rather than the main connection's, otherwise the main
never times out and the standby can never take over. Gate the offline
notification on an actual removal with no promoted standby to avoid a
spurious "host offline" when takeover happens. Skip promoting a standby
already marked removed, and reuse the normal login sign/settings path when
a standby is promoted.

breaking the timing on idle, capped at 500 entries. Add an "Activity

the snapshot over the main connection and shows it in a new dialog. The
dialog rebuilds its edit control as a Unicode window so UTF-8 titles
render correctly instead of degrading to "?" through the MBCS ANSI
boundary. The menu item and dialog title go through _TR and are
localized in en_US and zh_TW.

yuanyuanxiangandClaude Sonnet 4.6 91d4c0a523 Fix: eliminate extra screen restarts on connection init
Two changes to reduce unnecessary CScreenSpy restarts when connecting:

1. Client (ScreenManager.cpp): Initialize CScreenSpy with bitrate from
the locally-saved quality profile, so CMD_QUALITY_LEVEL arriving from
the server (same bitrate as default) hits SetBitRate(3000)==3000 and
skips the restart instead of comparing against the hard-coded 0.
Also fixes QualityLevel init to use the already-computed `quality`
variable (which honours the QUALITY_DISABLED override when algo!=NUL)
rather than re-reading the cfg key a second time.

2. Server (ScreenSpyDlg.cpp): Only send CMD_SCREEN_SIZE strategy=2 when
the session is in QUALITY_ADAPTIVE mode and a cached maxWidth exists.
Fixed quality levels already carry resolution via CMD_QUALITY_PROFILES,
so unconditionally sending CMD_SCREEN_SIZE caused a second restart when
the screen spy was still rebuilding from the first one.
