yuanyuanxianganddeepseek-v4-pro c906a46bcc Fix: garbled instant-message popup title on client 
The IDD_DIALOG caption was stored as UTF-8 bytes while the .rc file declares #pragma code_page(936) (GBK), so the resource compiler mis-decoded the caption and the client's bottom-right popup showed a garbled title. Convert the caption to GBK to match the declared code page and the rest of the file.
