Feature: Add menu icons for the advanced and disclaimer entries

Add four 16x16 bitmaps and wire them through the existing m_bmOnline
table. The three entries under the "Advanced" menu had no icon at all,
and the disclaimer entry shared the help question mark with "what is
this", so the two were indistinguishable.

- desktop quality levels: a monitor with three ascending level bars in
  the screen
- screen preview levels: a thumbnail card with a sun, a folded corner
  and layered hills
- file transfer speed: a half-circle gauge with a red needle
- disclaimer: a document with a folded corner and an amber exclamation
  badge, so it no longer looks like the help entry

Grow the bitmap array to 75 entries and reserve resource IDs 412-415.
